1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

Because Vanshveda is a consumable health product, opened bottles cannot be returned.

We accept returns only when:

• The product is damaged.
• The product is defective.
• The wrong item is delivered.

3. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund under the following conditions:

• The bottle must be sealed and unused.
• Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
• The refund will be processed once we receive the product.
